In my in person classes, I love to create a full, sensory experience. I often bring sandalwood incense, specially blended essential oils that fit the themes of each class, tibetan sound healing bowls, a rainstick, and years of trauma informed teaching experience.
Because I understand that many people come to the mat to explore their relationships with their bodies, and that many injuries occur in yoga class when teachers over adjust students or discourage students from listening to their bodies, I will always ask before doing any hands on adjustments during my classes. I will always get your permission before touching you in class, and I also believe that safety and how a pose feels for each student is most important, rather than how it looks.
You can find me in yoga studios around Kuala Lumpur, such as JAL, Hippie Hub, and Ommosapiens every week. You can also book me for retreats, corporate events, private sessions, workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and more.
